My name is Jacqueline Kasevich. I am a certified fullbody fitness instructor. a program created in Peru. 5 years practicing this awesome program, and almost two years of certification.

​Fullbody is an integrated training program
which combines the fundamentals from boxing,
Cardio-Kick, Aerobics, Step, Rhythmic Dancing, etc.
A typical session incorporates natural movements
such as runing, jumping, turning, and reacting to
a stimulus.
Fullbody is adaptable to participants of all ages
and physical needs.
Fullbody is designed to accommodate a wide variety of
people with various fitness levels so get out and move
those hips !!
